Women – The way FORWARD

Granted, "FORWARD" is not the most elegant acronym: "For Women: Attracting, Retaining, Developing.'' But it expresses what we mean. We want women to see our profession as attractive as men do. Our experience has been that mixed teams work the best, and we aim to have more women at all functional levels. In some cases, the share of women consultants is already 50%. We encourage the interaction among female colleagues and networking. We assign each newcomer an internal coach – an experienced colleague who knows what she's talking about.
