Arnim Emrich swapped his desk in Berlin for a year-long position in the Bucharest Office.

I had long toyed with the idea to spend some time abroad again – an experience I felt was incredibly rewarding when I was still studying. On the one hand, it was important for me to learn another language, but I also had some very specific plans: I imagined consulting in a market still in growth as incredibly dynamic and clearly associated with new challenges. Both assumptions turned out to be the case, so I was able to experience many exciting projects in a great team. Thanks to the colleagues and friends I met during this time, I now not only speak Romanian, but also got to know the country very well. Through my transfer to the Bucharest Office, I was not only able to develop professionally but personally, as well.
