We stay in touch. Our attachment to our consultants goes beyond their employment contracts. After their active time with Roland Berger our alumni continue to form part of the ''Roland Berger family''. Our Alumni Network promotes exchange at the personal and professional level. Many former Roland Berger consultants today hold positions as CEOs or board members around the globe or create great business ideas and become entrepreneurs – and there are more of them every year.

Roland Berger alumni and consultants meet several times per year at different venues around the world. They get together for special presentations and discussions on industry trends, to attend concerts or to party. This interaction opens up new perspectives for both sides, and is a lot of fun as well.
