What exactly does a consultant do?

Consulting without human contact does not work: if you want the best for your clients, you need direct contact – up close and on site. Only there can you get things done properly, experience production processes first-hand, get to know staff and develop optimal solutions face to face. That is why Roland Berger consultants are often on the road during a project. They may be in Amsterdam, Chicago, Dubai, Shanghai or anywhere else in the world where their clients need them.
