After completing my Master's Degree at Rijksuniversiteit Groningen, I started working for a leading bank. After five years, I was looking for a new challenge. First of all, I wanted to really work on the strategic questions my company and banks in general were facing. I also realized that if I wanted to really learn consulting skills, I would have to join a truly top-class strategy consultancy firm. My first meeting with Roland Berger immediately revealed that it was a perfect match. When I entered the office, I felt the energy and entrepreneurship of our Amsterdam team right away. And after working here for three years, I can definitely confirm that my first impressions were completely right. Regarding my private life, my wife and I live in Amsterdam and in my leisure time I love to go for a run or to concerts.
