We have expertise in all major sectors of industry. And the reason is simple: Many of our consultants did not start out as consultants. Before their lives at Roland Berger, they worked as mining engineers, chemists, risk managers and more. RBSE's mission is to help business leaders master complexity and set up sustainable strategies. With innovative teaching approaches, we share our insights within our global network. In so doing, we build up a best-in-class knowledge organization.

RBSE is both a teaching and a research institute. We publish a wide range of first-class studies and books. Our consultants can take advantage of innovative training tools. Our interdisciplinary approach incorporates macroeconomic, business and socioeconomic developments and their impact on corporate strategies. We have close ties with an international network of renowned academic partners and foster the dialog between theory and practice.
