The world works a lot like a company: only those capable of promoting young talent early can enjoy long-term success. With the ''Young Global Leaders'' (YGL) Klaus Schwab, founder of the World Economic Forum, created an international network for young, aspiring leaders from diverse fields: politics, business, arts, culture, NGOs and more. The initiative invites 750 personalities from 80 countries to share ideas and experiences. YGLs are under 40 years old and have performed excellently at the helms of companies, non-profit organizations, cultural institutions, public office and social projects. They are united by the goal to make the world a better place. As Lead Partner, Roland Berger Strategy Consultants initially supported the YGLs in the strategic alignment of their organization. Today, we help various YGL initiatives be more effective on issues such as sustainability, governance and human dignity, and advance their ideas with our consulting know-how. Our corporate motto states: "It's character that creates impact!" That's why we support the YGL. Read about impressive YGLs here.
